2. Technical Proposal

Our team will thoroughly analyse every detail regarding the system you have in your mind to give you the solution you were looking for.

Have you ever thought about what the perfect integration between your project’s actuator and drive might look like? Our professionals can make it a reality for you by identifying the best options for your application.

Our team will thoroughly analyze every detail regarding the system you have in your mind to give you the solution you were looking for. Our more than ten years of experience provides us with the ability to provide our customers with ingenious and practical solutions to make their dream-drives true.

We help our customers succeed, no matter the difficulty or the challenge behind their application.

Our expertise and know-how with different applications in a wide range of markets helps us bring to our customers the right architecture for each application in the most cost-effective way, while also guaranteeing our commitment to preparing the best proposal for each technical challenge that we face.

General Architecture

Our building block based approach makes providing our customers a quick and effective general architecture for the system overview easily attainable. In this deliverable, the main components of the drive and their interconnections are highlighted, showing items such as communication protocols, main connectors, CPUs and supply lines, as well as separating the isolated high-voltage blocks from low-voltage blocks on the drive. This approach is usually made with a very intuitive block diagram connecting each block to its related modules and stating the critical aspects of each one in a very comprehensive way.

Components selection

Our hardware team is an expert in analyzing the architecture of any system and making it tangible. The process involves carefully selecting each component and ensuring their properties, shape, and reliability are the most appropriate for your application. We have broad experience, too, in fulfilling certifications and standards (UL, MIL, CE…) so we can guarantee that the component selection will be appropriate for each market you may need access to. Also, the risk of having supply problems is minimized in this phase as the availability of each selected component is double-checked by our manufacturing team.

UNIT COST STUDY

Our company’s commitment to our customer’s project is high, so before starting the project and after the general architecture and components selection phases, we deliver a detailed unitary cost study of the drives for all the project target volumes. Yes! What you are reading is right! Before starting the main development phase of the project, you’ll have a closed price for your drive that we agree to target after the complete design. Sounds good, right? Taking the compromise for a cost-effective solution before designing it. This is the way Ingenia makes their customers happy.
